How to think about stacking MGF

  • MGF is a splice variant of IGF-1, so it is IGF-1-family — relevant when considering whether adding IGF-1 LR3 is a second mechanism or the same one.
  • PEG-MGF is the pegylated, longer-acting form; unmodified MGF is reported to have a very short duration. Protocols are not interchangeable between them.
