Peptide Stack Sheet
A cross-compound reference and blank multi-compound log. Descriptive reference material for research use only — it states no dose, route, frequency or schedule, and recommends no combination.
Named blends — component reference
| Name | Components | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Wolverine | BPC-157 + TB-500 | Two components. The base of the family. |
| GLOW | BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu | Wolverine plus the copper peptide. |
| KLOW | BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV | GLOW plus KPV. Commonly sold as one 80 mg vial. |
Class collisions — same receptor or two?
Two compounds acting on the same receptor are one signal, not two. This is a classification of mechanism, not a recommendation.
| Pairing | Classification |
|---|---|
| CJC-1295 + Sermorelin | Same class (GHRH analogs) |
| Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 / GHRP-6 / Hexarelin | Same class (GHS-R1a secretagogues) |
| GHRH analog + GHS-R1a secretagogue | Distinct mechanisms |
| Semaglutide + Tirzepatide | Prescription incretins — a clinical question, not a stack |
| BPC-157 + TB-500 | Distinct pathways, no combination trial |
Blend arithmetic — worked example
A blend vial’s milligram figure is the combined mass of all components. Take an 80 mg KLOW vial reconstituted with 4 mL of bacteriostatic water. Total concentration = 80 mg ÷ 4 mL = 20 mg/mL, and on a U-100 syringe (100 units = 1 mL) that is 0.2 mg per unit — of all four components together. To get a per-component figure you need the split from the vial’s own documentation: if that vial is documented as 30/30/10/10 mg (BPC-157 / TB-500 / GHK-Cu / KPV), then each unit carries 0.075 mg BPC-157, 0.075 mg TB-500, 0.025 mg GHK-Cu and 0.025 mg KPV.
Two consequences follow. The ratio is locked by the vial — you cannot draw more of one component without drawing more of all of them. And because vendors do not standardise the split, a unit figure copied from someone else’s vial is arithmetic about a different product. Always recompute from your own vial’s documentation.
Multi-compound log
Record the vial and water volume per component — a unit count is not interpretable without the concentration behind it.

Combination evidence for peptide stacks is largely absent; interactions between components are generally unstudied rather than known to be safe.
