CJC-1295 is a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analogue and ipamorelin is a ghrelin-receptor agonist; the pairing is sold because the two act on growth-hormone release through different receptors. Two things follow. The component trial figures are for different molecules and routes than the blend contains, DAC rather than no-DAC for the CJC-1295 and intravenous rather than subcutaneous for the ipamorelin, so they do not underwrite the blend figures even indirectly. And the two vendor pages agree with each other because they describe the same convention: 100 to 300 mcg of each, which as total blend is 200 to 600 mcg.

The number on a blend vial

The labelled milligrams on a blend vial are the combined peptide mass. A vial marked 10 mg usually holds 10 mg of peptide in total, and a common fill is 5 mg of each, but a 6:4 or 7:3 fill is also a 10 mg vial. The calculator therefore returns the concentration of the blend as a whole. To get a per-peptide figure the split must be known, and the only place it is stated is the vial's own documentation. A unit figure quoted from someone else's vial does not transfer: a different total, a different split or a different water volume each changes the answer on its own.

Units per draw at each blend-vial size

Research-market blends are supplied as 5 mg and 10 mg vials of total peptide. The second table reads the other way: what a fixed 10-unit draw (0.1 mL) delivers at each concentration, in total blend and per peptide at a stated 5 mg/5 mg split. A vial with a different split delivers the same total and a different division.

A 10 mg vial holds fifty 200 mcg blend draws and a 5 mg vial twenty-five, whichever water volume is used. One vial means the ratio is locked

When both peptides share a vial, every draw delivers them in the fill ratio, and changing the volume drawn scales both together. A 1:1 vial cannot deliver 200 mcg of ipamorelin with 100 mcg of CJC-1295; only separate vials allow the two amounts to move independently, at the cost of two draws and two calculations. That is what the arithmetic permits and forbids; it is not a view on which arrangement anyone should use.

What the figures omit

The vendor figures carry a route, a frequency, timing rules (before bed, fasted) and a cycle; they carry no population, no endpoint and no trial. They also carry no form: none of the pages opened says whether the CJC-1295 in the vial is the no-DAC form (the usual case) or the DAC form (a different molecule with a week-long half-life), and this site's calculator note makes the same point. The component trials carry populations and routes that the blend does not share. Nothing in the record says what the two peptides do to each other's release in people, because no study has measured it.

The pages read on 2026-09-18 describe 100 mcg of each once or twice daily to start, rising to 200 to 300 mcg of each up to three times daily, injected before bed or before meals on an empty stomach, in cycles of 8 to 12 weeks (one page says 8 to 16) with a break of 4 to 8 weeks. Every element is a market convention. No study has tested any blend schedule, and the component trials used different forms and routes.

Can one peptide in a blended vial be adjusted without the other?

No. Both are dissolved in the same solution, so every draw contains them in the ratio the vial was filled at, and changing the volume drawn scales both by the same factor. A 1:1 vial delivers equal amounts at every draw size; a 2:1 vial delivers twice as much of one at every draw size.
