What to avoid, and why
- Pairing two ghrelin-receptor secretagogues (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Hexarelin) is the same redundancy on the other pathway — same receptor, same downstream pulse. The coherent construction takes one GHRH analog and one secretagogue, not two of either.
- Combining GHRP-2 with Ipamorelin, GHRP-6 or Hexarelin — same receptor.
- Choosing GHRP-2 for potency and then also expecting Ipamorelin's selectivity profile; they are opposite ends of one trade-off.
