BPC-157 is the most searched repair peptide on this site, and its dosage record is an absence with a great deal written around it. There is no label, no published human trial of the injection, and no registered trial that states an injectable dose. What exists is a rat regimen repeated across dozens of papers, a set of vendor figures that agree with one another and with nothing else, and a 2026 regulatory vote about compounding. This page counts what is there, dates it, and then does the one thing the record permits, which is to convert the circulating microgram figures into syringe units at the two vial sizes sold.

The last row is the only one that contains an injectable human figure, and it is the only row without a source that can be opened.
The four registrations, one by one
A reader who searches the registry will find four records and may take them for a human dosing literature. They are not one. NCT02637284, from PharmaCotherapia in 2015, proposed oral tablets of 1 mg in a 42-person pharmacokinetic study; its status is unknown and no results were ever posted. NCT07752381, from Parlay Wellness, is a completed 40-person study of a gummy containing 500 micrograms per serving. NCT07803250, from the University of Arkansas, proposes daily subcutaneous injection for 90 days after rotator-cuff surgery in 30 people, is not yet recruiting, is scheduled to start on 2027-01-01, and states no dose. NCT07437547, from Hudson Biotech, proposes daily subcutaneous injection for 14 days in 120 people with hamstring strain and states no dose; it is one of eight registrations that sponsor posted between 2026-02-27 and 2026-04-01, all at a single hospital in Shenzhen, one of which copies the title and enrollment of Lilly's completed SURMOUNT-1 trial and one of which is titled "Mock Study". The registry accepts what sponsors submit; these observations are what the records say.
Units per amount at each research-vial size
Research-market BPC-157 is supplied in 5 mg and 10 mg vials. The table takes each at 1, 2 and 3 mL of water, states the concentration, and converts the circulating figures of 200, 250 and 500 mcg into U-100 syringe units (100 units = 1 mL).

Every cell fits one syringe, because the figures are micrograms. The question the table settles is readability: 2.5 units at 10 mg/mL is a quarter of a millimetre on a 1 mL syringe scale, while the same 250 mcg is 10 units at 2.5 mg/mL. A 5 mg vial at 2.5 mg/mL holds twenty 250 mcg amounts, and a 10 mg vial at the same concentration holds forty. The rat regimen, and why it is not in the table
The animal literature is unusually uniform: 10 micrograms per kilogram and 10 nanograms per kilogram, in rats, by intraperitoneal or intragastric routes or in drinking water, stated in 64 indexed abstracts on the day this page was written. Scaled by body weight, 10 mcg/kg is 800 mcg for an 80 kg person and 10 ng/kg is 0.8 mcg, three orders of magnitude apart, and both are described in the same papers as active. Scaled by body surface area, the figures fall again. A range that spans a thousandfold in the source species is what "no established dose" looks like in numbers, and it is the reason no rat figure is converted into units above.
What the figures omit
The rat regimen comes with a species, routes that include drinking water, and injury models that do not map onto anything a research vial is used for. The one human paper comes with an intra-articular route, a retrospective design and no dose. The registrations come with proposed durations of 14 and 90 days and no doses. The vendor figures come with a frequency and a duration and no origin. The FDA's July 2026 vote concerned whether pharmacies may compound the substance, and the reports of the meeting quoted agency staff on the general lack of quality human data; it did not establish a dose and it did not approve anything.
