KLOW is a pre-mixed vial of four peptides — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV — sold by its combined mass, usually 80 mg. Reconstitution is the same act as for any vial, but the arithmetic runs four times, and protocol pages add a complication of their own: they quote draws as a "total blend" amount that no single component matches. This page works the water volumes, each component's concentration, the conversion of total-blend figures into per-peptide amounts, and how long a vial lasts on a stated schedule (read 2026-10-11). It reports; nothing here is a dose or a volume to use.

What the blend is, and how it differs from GLOW, are on this site's KLOW page and GLOW vs KLOW. The three-peptide version is worked on GLOW reconstitution; the pairing of KLOW's two smaller components, outside a blend, is on BPC-157 with KPV. The blend calculator works any other split.

The split every figure here assumes

Component Mass in an 80 mg vial Share by mass
GHK-Cu 50 mg 62.5%
BPC-157 10 mg 12.5%
TB-500 10 mg 12.5%
KPV 10 mg 12.5%

This is the split stated on retail listings read on 2026-09-23 and assumed by the protocol page read on 2026-10-11. It is a claim about products, not a standard: no monograph or regulator defines "KLOW", this site's KLOW page records a minority of sources using the name for KPV with BPC-157 alone, and only an assay shows what a given vial holds.

Concentration at each water volume

Water GHK-Cu mg/mL Each 10 mg component mg/mL Total blend mg/mL Per unit: GHK-Cu / each other
1 mL 50 10 80 500 / 100 mcg
2 mL 25 5 40 250 / 50 mcg
2.5 mL 20 4 32 200 / 40 mcg
3 mL 16.7 3.33 26.7 167 / 33.3 mcg
4 mL 12.5 2.5 20 125 / 25 mcg
5 mL 10 2 16 100 / 20 mcg

The total-blend column is the four component columns added. It is the figure protocol pages quote, and it cannot be used to read a syringe for any one peptide.

Converting a total-blend figure

The protocol page read on 2026-10-11 states 3 mL of water and gives its draws as total blend. Splitting each by the listed shares:

Draw at 3 mL Total blend (as stated) GHK-Cu BPC-157 TB-500 KPV
5 units 1,333 mcg 833 mcg 167 mcg 167 mcg 167 mcg
10 units 2,667 mcg 1,667 mcg 333 mcg 333 mcg 333 mcg
15 units 4,000 mcg 2,500 mcg 500 mcg 500 mcg 500 mcg
20 units 5,333 mcg 3,333 mcg 667 mcg 667 mcg 667 mcg

The rule is one line: GHK-Cu = total × 0.625; each of the other three = total × 0.125. The protocol page states the same per-peptide figures for 10 units, which confirms its arithmetic; its larger draws are converted here.

Setting the reading by one component

Every draw carries the four peptides in a fixed 5 : 1 : 1 : 1 ratio by mass, so a reading chosen for one decides the other three. Sized to an amount of BPC-157 (or KPV, or TB-500 — all three are 10 mg), units = amount in mcg × mL of water ÷ 100:

Amount of one 10 mg component 1 mL 2 mL 3 mL 5 mL Also in the draw
250 mcg 2.5 5 7.5 12.5 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg each of the other two
500 mcg 5 10 15 25 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg each of the other two

Stated as results: with 3 mL, 250 mcg of BPC-157 is 7.5 units; with 2 mL it is 5 units. Equal milligrams hide unequal molecule counts — KPV is small, so a draw holds about four KPV molecules per BPC-157 molecule — which is set out on the BPC-157 with KPV page. The single-peptide figures in circulation are on the GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV dosage pages; in KLOW they cannot be matched independently, because the blend fixes the ratio.

How long a vial lasts on a stated schedule

At 3 mL a vial holds 300 units. The protocol page's stated phases, as arithmetic:

Phase (as stated) Draw Days Units used Vials at 3 mL Weekly GHK-Cu / each other
Weeks 1–2 10 units daily 14 140 0.47 11.7 mg / 2.33 mg
Weeks 3–6 15 units daily 28 420 1.4 17.5 mg / 3.5 mg
Weeks 7–12 20 units daily 42 840 2.8 23.3 mg / 4.67 mg
Whole 12 weeks — 84 1,400 ≈4.7 —

The page's own estimates — two to three vials for 8 weeks, four to five for 16 — fit this arithmetic for 8 weeks (840 units, 2.8 vials); its 16-week estimate assumes a lower rate than its 20-unit final phase. The schedule is reported as the page states it; no trial of KLOW or of any two of its components together has been found, so the phases have no study behind them.

Water Draws of 10 units Draws of 20 units
2 mL 20 10
3 mL 30 15
5 mL 50 25

What the figures omit

The arithmetic assumes the vial holds exactly the stated milligrams of each peptide and that all four dissolve fully at the chosen volume; neither is shown without an assay, and the dissolved powder itself adds a little volume, so dividing by the water slightly overstates every concentration. It says nothing about whether KLOW, or any amount of it, does anything in people. The general mixing procedure is on Medibact's reconstitution how-to; bacteriostatic water and the compound guides for GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are on the Medibact store.

Sources and dates

Opened 2026-10-11: a KLOW protocol page stating the 80 mg split, 3 mL of water and a three-phase schedule in total-blend micrograms and units (quoted, not named, since this site names no seller other than Medibact). Carried from this site's pages with their read dates: the retail-listing split (GLOW vs KLOW, 2026-09-23), the molar comparison from PubChem molecular weights (GLOW vs KLOW, 2026-09-23; BPC-157 with KPV, 2026-10-10). Per-component concentrations, conversions, unit readings and vial counts are arithmetic by this site. Corrections go to the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

How much bacteriostatic water goes in an 80 mg KLOW vial?

No label sets a volume. The protocol page read on 2026-10-11 states 3 mL, which makes GHK-Cu 16.7 mg/mL and the three 10 mg components 3.33 mg/mL each. With 2 mL they are 25 and 5 mg/mL. The water changes how many units hold a given amount, never the ratio between the four peptides.

How much of each peptide is in 10 units of KLOW?

At the listed split: with 2 mL of water, 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu and 500 mcg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV; with 3 mL, 1,667 mcg of GHK-Cu and 333 mcg of each of the others; with 5 mL, 1 mg and 200 mcg.

What does a 'total blend' dose of KLOW mean?

It is all four peptides added together. At the 80 mg split, GHK-Cu is 62.5% of any total and BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV 12.5% each, so 2,667 mcg of total blend is 1,667 mcg of GHK-Cu plus 333 mcg of each of the other three. No component is present at the total's concentration.

How long does a KLOW vial last?

At 3 mL a vial is 300 units: 30 days at 10 units a day, 20 days at 15, 15 days at 20. On the protocol page's 12-week schedule that is about 4.7 vials; its first 8 weeks use about 2.8.

Is KLOW reconstituted differently from GLOW?

The procedure is the same and so are three of the four figures: at the same water volume, a draw of the same number of units holds the same GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 from either vial. KLOW's draw adds KPV at the same amount as BPC-157, and its 'total blend' figures are larger by that amount.
