"Wolverine" is the name sellers and forums give to BPC-157 and TB-500 together, and one way it is sold is a single pre-mixed vial. Reconstituting that vial is the same act as for any peptide vial, but the arithmetic runs twice, once for each peptide, and depends on a split the label often states only as a total. This page works the water volumes, each peptide's concentration and the readings for stated amounts, for the two splits found on pages read on 2026-10-05. What the stack is, and what each peptide's literature holds, is on this site's Wolverine stack page; how the two compare as separate compounds is on BPC-157 vs TB-500.

Two splits sold under one name

Product described BPC-157 TB-500 Ratio Stated water
10 mg blend vial (two protocol pages) 5 mg 5 mg 1 : 1 2 mL on one page, 3 mL on the other
Pre-mixed 3 mL vial (a clinic page, published 2026-03-24) about 5 mg about 10 mg 1 : 2 already in solution: 1.66 and 3.33 mg/mL

Both are claims about products, not a standard: no regulator or monograph defines "Wolverine", and only an assay shows what a given vial holds. The two splits put different amounts of TB-500 behind the same BPC-157 reading, so a volume or unit figure copied from one product does not transfer to the other. The other blends built on the same pair are worked on the GLOW page and in GLOW vs KLOW.

Concentration at each water volume, 5 mg / 5 mg vial

Each peptide's concentration = its milligrams ÷ millilitres of water. One unit on a U-100 syringe is 0.01 mL.

Water BPC-157 mg/mL TB-500 mg/mL Per unit: BPC-157 / TB-500 "Total blend" figure
1 mL 5 5 50 / 50 mcg 10 mg/mL
2 mL 2.5 2.5 25 / 25 mcg 5 mg/mL
3 mL 1.67 1.67 16.7 / 16.7 mcg 3.33 mg/mL
5 mL 1 1 10 / 10 mcg 2 mg/mL

The last column is the figure the protocol pages lead with. It is the two peptide columns added together; neither peptide is present at that strength, so a reading worked from it delivers half the stated amount of each.

One number, two meanings

The two protocol pages read on 2026-10-05 both describe a 5 mg / 5 mg vial and both use the figure 250 mcg:

Page Water Draw What the page calls it BPC-157 in the draw TB-500 in the draw
A (updated 2026-09-26) 3 mL 15 units "500 mcg total blend, or 250 mcg of each" 250 mcg 250 mcg
B (no date shown) 2 mL 5 units "250mcg" 125 mcg 125 mcg

Page B's 5 units of a 5 mg/mL total solution is 0.05 mL × 5 mg/mL = 250 mcg of blend, which is 125 mcg of each peptide. A reader comparing the two pages sees the same number and draws twice the amount of each peptide on page A. A figure quoted for a blend is only readable with three things beside it: the split, the water, and whether it counts the blend or one peptide.

Units for a stated amount

Units = amount in mcg × mL of water ÷ (that peptide's mg in the vial × 10).

5 mg / 5 mg vial, sized to a BPC-157 amount (TB-500 always equal):

BPC-157 amount 1 mL 2 mL 3 mL 5 mL TB-500 in the same draw
125 mcg 2.5 5 7.5 12.5 125 mcg
250 mcg 5 10 15 25 250 mcg
500 mcg 10 20 30 50 500 mcg

1 : 2 vial (5 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500 in 3 mL, as described): one unit holds 16.7 mcg of BPC-157 and 33.3 mcg of TB-500, so 250 mcg of BPC-157 is 15 units and carries 500 mcg of TB-500; 2 mg of TB-500 is 60 units and carries 1 mg of BPC-157.

Readings with a decimal fall between the 1-unit marks; at 1 mL a 125 mcg draw is 2.5 units, where one mark is 40% of the amount. More water spreads the same milligrams over more units and changes nothing else.

The ratio the vial locks in

Pages read for this site on 2026-09-18 state figures for the two peptides on different scales: BPC-157 at 250 to 500 mcg once or twice daily, TB-500 at 2 to 2.5 mg twice weekly (as recorded on the BPC-157 and TB-500 dosage pages). A 1 : 1 vial cannot follow both per draw:

Draw sized to From a 5 mg / 5 mg vial at 2 mL What comes with it
250 mcg of BPC-157 10 units 250 mcg of TB-500, an eighth of a 2 mg figure
2 mg of TB-500 80 units 2 mg of BPC-157, four to eight times a 250–500 mcg figure

Per week the totals can overlap — 4 mg of each from two 2 mg draws sits inside the 1.75 to 7 mg weekly range those BPC-157 figures add up to — but the amount per injection and the number of injections cannot both match. A 5 mg / 5 mg vial holds 5 mg of TB-500 in all, about one and a quarter weeks at 4 mg a week (arithmetic on this page). This is arithmetic about the vial, not a schedule; nothing on this page sets an amount or a frequency.

Draws per vial

Draw 5 mg / 5 mg vial Page's frequency Lasts
250 mcg of blend (125 mcg each), page B 40 draws 5 a week 8 weeks
250 mcg of each (500 mcg blend), page A 20 draws daily 20 days

Page B gives its vial as "~40 days"; 40 is the number of draws, and at the five a week it states that is eight weeks (arithmetic on this page). Draw counts do not depend on the water: the volume changes the reading, not how many draws the milligrams allow. The general mixing procedure is on Medibact's reconstitution how-to; the single-peptide arithmetic is on the BPC-157 reconstitution page, and the blend calculator works any other split.

What the record does and does not hold

No registered trial gives BPC-157 and TB-500 together: a ClinicalTrials.gov search on 2026-10-05 for both as interventions returned zero records. One page of each kind says the same in its own words — page A states that no controlled human trial "validates the combined subcutaneous schedule", and page B that the compound "has no peer-reviewed human dose-finding trials". The one experiment that combined them repaired the Achilles tendon in 32 male rats, eight per group, and gave BPC-157 at 10 µg/kg/day, TB-500 at 60 µg/kg/day, both, or nothing for four weeks; TB-500 alone reached significance on load to failure, and the authors report that the combination "did not confer additional benefits compared to either agent alone" (Biçer et al. 2026, PMID 42542926).

The registry itself needs reading with care. ClinicalTrials.gov returned four BPC-157 records and one TB-500 record on 2026-10-05. The TB-500 record (NCT07487363, sponsor listed as Hudson Biotech) opens its summary with "This fictional study is an example of a ClinicalTrials.gov-style record"; a BPC-157 record under the same sponsor name (NCT07437547) describes a 14-day hamstring trial with no dose posted. A registration is not evidence that a study exists or will report.

The arithmetic assumes each vial holds exactly its stated milligrams of each peptide and that both dissolve fully at the chosen volume; neither is shown without an assay. Nothing on this page is a dose, a volume to use or a schedule. The compound guides for BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the Medibact store.

Frequently asked questions

How much bacteriostatic water goes in a Wolverine blend vial?

No label sets a volume. The two protocol pages read on 2026-10-05 state 2 mL and 3 mL for a 10 mg vial split 5 mg / 5 mg. With 2 mL each peptide is 2.5 mg/mL; with 3 mL each is 1.67 mg/mL. The water changes how many units hold a given amount, not the ratio between the two peptides.

How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157 in a 10 mg BPC-157 / TB-500 blend?

At a 5 mg / 5 mg split: 5 units with 1 mL of water, 10 units with 2 mL, 15 units with 3 mL and 25 units with 5 mL. Each of those draws also holds 250 mcg of TB-500.

Does a 10 mg Wolverine vial contain 10 mg of each peptide?

On the pages read for this page, no: the 10 mg figure is the combined mass, stated as 5 mg BPC-157 plus 5 mg TB-500. Another product described on a clinic page holds about 5 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500. Only the vial's own documentation, or an assay, shows the split.

How long does a Wolverine vial last?

It depends on the draw. A 5 mg / 5 mg vial holds 40 draws of 250 mcg of blend (125 mcg of each) or 20 draws of 250 mcg of each peptide. One protocol page's 40 draws at five a week is eight weeks; the other's 20 daily draws is 20 days (arithmetic on this page).

Can the BPC-157 and TB-500 amounts in a blend be set separately?

No. Both peptides share one solution, so every draw carries them in the vial's fill ratio. Drawing more raises both; changing the water changes only the reading. Two separate vials are the only way the two amounts can differ from the fill ratio.
